What's the difference between a lead and contact in the two platforms?
HubSpot
- Contact - email address is known (not a lifecycle stage)
- Lead - the lifecycle stage of a contact who has filled in a form (in addition to or excluding a subscribe form)
Salesforce
- Contact - person you are talking to who has been qualified
- Lead - email address is known
